Since 1996, Sean Healy Presents (SHP) has been providing bands a unique booking service. SHP is dedicated to giving local unsigned talent easy access to several clubs throughout the Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Francisco area. We are currently booking all the top venues in Hollywood and San Francisco. The venues range in size from the Lava Lounge to the House of Blues - Sunset Strip. In San Francisco, we book venues from the Red Devil Lounge to the Great American Music Hall. Please refer to our “clubs” page for a full list of the venues we are currently working with. We book all styles of music - acoustic to hip-hop. We also book private parties, events, and major label showcases. Some bands have been signed out of our shows in the past few years. Our industry contacts are constantly increasing (we invite legitimate industry to see artist(s) on a weekly basis).Aside from the local shows, SHP has thrown events with live performances by notable legends such as George Clinton & P-Funk, Slick Rick, and the Psychedelic Furs. Other shows have included artists such as Digital Underground, Lit, Phife Dawg of A Tribe Called Quest, The Fixx, Chingy, Black Sheep, Shawn Mullins, Edwin McCain, Too Short, Aceyalone, E-40, DaDa and more. Local artists are often given opportunities to open for such artists.

Your band is booked on a basis of music genre, fan base, and past experience with us or other venues. We do expect each act to bring a minimum amount of people to any SHP gig. Once you have met the minimum booking requirements you go into the pay scale portion of your door receipts. If your band sells tickets for a show, we’ll give you the best possible deal to make money for the show. We want you to promote and we want you to get paid!
