Live365 is a webcasting resource site has thousands of stations spanning 260 genres and broadcasting in 150 nations. For a fee, they allow users to create webcasts of their own by helping them handle some of the technology and music reporting requirements (think performance royalties) for those stations. They have a convenient search function that allows you to find stations that play certain genres of music - stations that may be looking for the music you create.
