HostBaby, so far, really rocks. I've had their service for about 7 weeks and the setup was pretty smooth. The response time from customer service is good (although they're on the west coast and I'm east coast, so have to adjust for that) and they've been extremely helpful and knowledgeable answering all my idiot questions. The site builder has some limitations, one of the biggest being that you can only add one custom page. They tell me they're working on that, but it's a big downer for me right now. Also, there's no way to change your password other than to email support and tell them what you want it changed to. This is kind of a security problem in my mind. But overall, I would definitely recommend this service. I've gotten rave feedback about our site (www.mokracy.com) and it's doing a great job for us at this point.
