Blubrry is a podcast community where you can get paid for your episodes.  It also hosts a podcast directory where you can search for all kinds of interesting shows.

Sign up is really fast and simple as you can use your existing Google, Yahoo!, or AOL account to start your membership. After joining, you can upload and publish all of your podcasts here. In order to make money, you can look through advertising campaigns and get invited to participate in one. The new ads in your podcast will generate revenue. There are no contracts or commitments to any advertiser. Blubrry also offers valuable statistics on your podcast audience. They will even post your new podcast episodes to Twitter, an iTunes feed, and your Wordpress powered blog. All of these basic features are free, but there are extra upgrades that have fees.
