Similar to Cafepress, they will create items on demand with no minimums, and also give you an online storefront so that you can promote your own items. They handle fulfillment of those items as well. With no up-front fees, using an on-demand printer like this is only profit for a band, although you will definitely get better margins on a volume print of any of these items if you know that you can sell enough of them.
It's worth your time to browse the kinds of items they have available, to see if you can find a new way to make money from your brand, and other aspects of your image.
