OTR uses analog tape as it's primary recording medium in both 2" and 1/2" formats. In house digital formats include Protools, Samplitude, Nuendo, MX2424 and Sonoma DSD. DSD is one bit recording that offers 2.8 million parts per second and is the closest sound to tape known. In house, OTR has a 7' Steinway piano, expertly maintained. Proprietary silver cable runs throughout the studio. OTR Studios offers a variety of rates for the budget/start up band... to full production that includes services of the most talented producers, engineers, musicians, graphic artists and web designers that will fully realize your brand. Intern programs and learning workshops are provided for those wanting to improve or hone their recording skills. A new web division, Argo Arts, provides graphics, web design and upgrades to artists existing sites that improve revenue generating and growing their fanbase. Argo Arts educates and enables the indie artist or label group about how to use the existing marketing tools on the internet while keeping costs low.
