First you create a profile then add your information and upload your MP3s. The Indie will promote you through managing your social networks on Facebook, Twitter, Bebo, MySpace, and Friendfeed. They also have connections to promote you through offline networks like their cable TV show. You can submit music for licensing opportunities and even sell DRM-free digital and mobile downloads on their partner sites to make some money. Every time you use the site you earn Indie points that can be redeemed for ad space that will further promote your music.
