Muxtape is a unique and fun website where you can create your own online mixtape of MP3s on your computer. As a band, you can upload your own tracks, so that fans can hear your music anywhere just by going to your Muxtape page. This free service can get you new listeners. Also, browse other members' mixes to find some new music.

Muxtape is currently dealing with the RIAA. So, while indies who have their rights in their music could use the service, it's now closed to us. Time will tell whether they'll be back or whether someone else will own them.

The latest news: Muxtape is officially closed to the general public, but will be revamped and return as a music hosting service for bands.
