Having a strong web presence means having profiles on the most popular social networking sites. However, it can be a real pain to check multiple accounts constantly. Ping.fm is a service that lets you check accounts and send updates to many sites from one place.
Currently you can sync up over thirty different accounts. These include photo hosting sites like Flickr, social networking sites like Facebook and Myspace, and blogs like Livejournal. And you do not even have to log into Ping.fm to update profiles. You can send updates by email, texts, and instant message too. This service is free, and although it is still in beta you can use it now. They are working to have video updates soon!
