Sonic Bids is both an electronic press kit and a booking site. For a fee, you can host PR materials, songs, and booking info.

Sonic bids can provide some unique opportunities, but you will pay for the Privilege. Keep in mind that Sonic bids does not "Screen" or "evaluate" Promoters. Instead it relies on reviews from users. However, only users that pay to submit can review. Often too little too late. Also note that this can be an easy revenue source fro promoters that do not have to provide a service or "gig" just the opportunity for one. Some advice if you decide to use sonic bids. -Research promoters before you submit -never submit to promoters providing only one slot. -Be wary of promoters "exclusive" to sonic bids. -Never be the first to submit to a "Gig" that is un-reviewed. -read the reviews -Stay away from promoters asking high fees. Rule of thumb; the fee should not exceed what it would cost to mail a promo. -be wary of promoters that ask for information that is already included in your EPK. (They are not serious and should have read your EPK) Bottom line: Sonic bids does provide some tools, but most of these things can be done on your own without a Sonic Bids Annual fee.
