Summary
Song Fight is a free Web site where Internet musicians enter their work into competition. Every week several titles are provided, the competitors write a brand new song inspired by the title of their choice, and the Internet at large is invited to vote for their favorite song for each title.
Our goal is to provide a venue for new music and creative expression on the Internet. Keeping that goal in mind, the proprietors of songfight.org must reserve the right to add and remove any content from songfight.org at any time for any reason, as they see fit.

Song Fight hosts songwriting competitions that you can participate in for free. New contests begin about every ten days when song titles are posted to the site. You then write a song with music and lyrics that are inspired by the given song titles.
Since Song Fight is free you won’t win any prizes or money for a great song, but participating in these contests will expand your songwriting abilities. And a winning song would look good on your resume or added to your press kit. You will also have the chance to hear what other songwriters are working on and how they interpreted the same song titles.
